After suffering several short, repeated fainting episodes, Jamal Musiala decided to explain his condition directly to supporters.
He said he had been diagnosed with brief, temporary episodes that are treatable and may be linked to a neurological functional disorder, which helps explain why the problem occurred more than once in a short period.
Musiala admitted that the experience was frightening at first and that the episodes have now become something he has to manage in everyday life. He stressed, however, that he is receiving the best medical care available and that Bayern Munich and the people around him are fully supporting him.
Most importantly, after discussions with doctors and specialists, he has decided to face the challenge directly and continue living as normally as possible.
Musiala does not want people to remember him only for what happened on the pitch. He wants to live, train, play football and continue the career he started.
